You Are My Sunshine

 We woke up to the sun shining, view of the ocean and a glorious breakfast from our hosts at Falcon Ridge   Inn. We ventured down to the  ocean floor on the shoreline of The Bay of Fundy. This is one of the seven wonders of North America and I can understand why. Here tides can rise up to 52 feet ( 16 metres) during high tide. This phenomenon occurs twice a day. You will see Rob in the picture pointing to the level the water rises up to. This is a place that not only feeds your sense of adventure it nourishes your soul. 

Then we headed back to Nova Scotia to Cape Breton  where we’re staying at a B&B nestled in the woods. Tomorrow we drive to Sydney where we will board the ferry tomorrow to Newfoundland. 

Today we drove approximately 500 km but it seemed to go by fast with anticipation and excitement about our ferry ride and visiting Newfoundland..
